You can deep dive into our features in the Evnex Knowledge Hub.
Connectivity;
- All Evnex chargers require connection to our cloud once every 28 days.
- This connectivity allows drivers to control their charger and upload diagnostics so our team can provide exceptional support.
- If a charger loses connection for less than 28 days, the charger will function as it has been set up to do.
- The E2 Plus has Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity options. If these do not suit, our X-series chargers offer an Ethernet connectivity option.
QLD installations;
For customers located in QLD, the QECM requires chargers with nameplate ratings greater than 20 amps to have device management installed.
Evnex has implemented an option for QLD customers where the nameplate rating is reduced to 20 amps during commissioning, therefore not requiring device management. Learn more here.
Requirements;
- Minimum of 1.5kW for solar charging to commence
- 32amp circuit + 1 pair, mains rated, overall screened ≥ 0.5mm instrumentation cable
- Dedicated RCBO — 30mA Type A (C-curve)
- 3 poles required on DIN rail (1x DC power supply, 1x power sensor module, 1x charger RCBO)
